Shipping Policy

At NaturaCraft, each pod doll is made with care and prepared for shipping after your order details are confirmed. Please read the information below before placing your order.

Production Time

Most NaturaCraft items are handmade to order. Our standard production time is usually 5-10 business days after your order details are confirmed.

Production time may be longer during holidays, high-volume seasons, or for highly customized orders.

If your order requires custom photos, notes, colors, or special details, production will begin after we receive the information needed to make your item.

Shipping Destinations

At this stage, we ship to the United States.

We may open shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other regions in the future.

Shipping Time

Estimated shipping time to the United States is usually 7-15 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that shipping time is separate from production time.

Estimated total delivery time:

  • Production time: 5-10 business days
  • Shipping time: 7-15 business days
  • Total estimated time: 12-25 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs, weather, holidays, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping Rates

For orders shipped to the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: $5.99
  • Free Shipping: available on orders over $69

Shipping rates may be updated from time to time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, we will send tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

If you notice an address mistake, contact us as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet shipped.

NaturaCraft is not responsible for delayed, lost, or returned packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Orders may be shipped internationally from our production or fulfillment location. Depending on your country or region, customs duties, import taxes, or local fees may apply.

For United States customers, these fees are not usually collected by NaturaCraft at checkout unless stated otherwise.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local charges required by their local authorities.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears delayed, please check the tracking link first. If the tracking has not updated for an unusually long time, contact us and we will help review the situation.

If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will work with you to find a reasonable solution.
