After your NaturaCraft order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.

Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

How to Track Your Order

To track your order, please use the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.

If your tracking link does not update immediately, please check again after 2-5 business days.

Order Processing

Most NaturaCraft pod dolls are handmade to order.

Standard production time is usually 5-10 business days after your order details are confirmed.

Shipping to the United States usually takes 7-15 business days after shipment.

Production time and shipping time are separate.
