How long does it take to make my order?
Most NaturaCraft pod dolls are handmade to order. Standard production time is usually 5-10 business days after your order details are confirmed.
Shipping time to the United States is usually 7-15 business days after your order has been shipped.
Production time and shipping time are separate.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. At this stage, NaturaCraft ships to the United States.
We may open shipping to Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and other regions in the future.
Can I customize my pod doll?
Yes. Many NaturaCraft pod dolls can be personalized with your notes, photo references, colors, gift preferences, or other small details.

When does production begin?
Production begins after we receive the information needed to make your item.
If your order requires a photo, custom note, or special instruction, please make sure to provide complete and clear details.
Can I cancel my order?
You may request to cancel your order before production begins.
Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel the order or issue a full refund because materials, labor, and customization work may already be in progress.
Can I return a custom order?
Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for standard returns after production has started or after the item has been shipped, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Include your order number, photos or videos of the issue, and a clear description of the problem. We will review the situation and offer a reasonable solution when applicable.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be sent to the email address used at checkout.
Please allow a few days for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
