Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with NaturaCraft. Because many of our products are handmade or customized, please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Custom and Handmade Products

Most NaturaCraft pod dolls are handmade to order and may be personalized based on customer-provided details, photos, notes, colors, or gift preferences.

Because of the handmade and customized nature of these products, each item may have slight variations. These small differences are part of the handmade character of the product.

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order before production begins.

Once production has started, we may not be able to cancel the order or issue a full refund, because materials, labor, and customization work may already be in progress.

Returns

Customized or made-to-order products are not eligible for standard returns after production has started or after the item has been shipped, unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered.

Non-custom add-on items may be reviewed case by case.

Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • The order has not entered production
  • The item arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There is a clear production error
  • The package is confirmed lost by the carrier

Refunds are not usually available for:

  • Change of mind after production has started
  • Incorrect custom details provided by the customer
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer
  • Minor handmade variations
  • Delivery delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, holidays, or local postal services

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos of the issue
  • A clear description of the problem

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, or another reasonable solution depending on the situation.

Shipping Delays

Shipping times are estimates and may vary. A delivery delay does not automatically qualify for a refund if the package is still in transit.

If your package has not updated for an unusually long time, contact us and we will help investigate.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
